One-on-One Sessions
After a few New York minutes, running to a yoga class seems like the last thing you may want to do for yourself. Take the pressure off and allow experienced private instruction to come to you for optimal convenience and decreased stress. We will work together to build a consistent practice utilizing techniques from the Kundalini and Hatha Yoga traditions.

Specifically tailored to help you meet your goals, private instruction offers an opportunity to develop the yoga practice which is uniquely you. People have enjoyed using customized yoga sessions to:

  • recharge the nervous system
  • eliminate fatigue
  • lose weight
  • detoxify from urban stressors
  • build strength and increase flexibility

In order to optimize your practice, we will speak personally before our first session. We will build your private practice according to the information you provide pertaining to your goals, your experience, your body. We will ensure that the pace is comfortable and that you are realizing the results you aspire towards.

Available in a beautiful studio in a convenient downtown location or in your home.

Individual Session Rates
It is recommended that we meet prior to the first yoga session so that we can set goals and that you will have the opportunity of asking whatever questions you might have. This consultation can be held in person or on the phone and is absolutely free.

45 minutes - $60 (Hatha beginners only)
60 minutes - $75
75 minutes - $85

Discount available for multiple classes:
5 one-hour classes for $300
5 one-and-a-quarter-hour classes for $340
Bring another person for an additional $25
